Do you keep track of the numbers distributed?

Yes - We archive all numbers we give to our customers for our internal use and to help better our product.

Could I receive the same number set twice?

No. We will not send you duplicate number set per transaction. But if you select more numbers from other transactions, it is possible to receive the same number set.

Do you send out the same number sets to other users?

Yes. It is possible that you may share a jackpot. Second prizes are a different matter, since both MEGA MILLIONS^TM and Powerball^TM have fixed winning prizes.

Can I reuse the MyLotteryPick.com number sets I received from a past lottery drawing?

We recommend against that. We are constantly updating our research. Our patterns are dynamic, which means number sets that fall into a pattern are always changing and virtual odds could be vary greatly from the number selections from the last lottery drawing. We conveniently provide your numbers from our web site, e-mail or text message to your cell phone (check with your wireless service provider to make sure your cell phone supports text messaging) to make sure you have our latest research.

Will MyLotteryPick.com support other lottery systems (i.e. Pick 4, Cash 5, and Pick 6 games)?

Yes - We currently are working on supporting our pattern recognition algorithms to other smaller lottery games such as Pick 3, Pick 4, Cash 5 and Pick 6. Since our system does not generically support all lottery games, this is a very time consuming effort, each lottery has to be fine tuned for our patterns to be effective. Does MyLotteryPick.com use any wheeling strategies?

No. Wheeling, summation of past winning numbers, odd/even past winning numbers are, from our analysis and research, offer little to no value when selecting numbers. We apply chaos theories and pattern recognition to lottery systems.

I play the lottery regularly, will your numbers be better than my personal numbers I've been using for years?

We hope this will be the case, but unfortunately we can not guarantee better winnings to any customer, and as we emphasize on our website we highly recommend our customer's not to change their lottery purchase allowance. One suggestion we've recommended to our customers is to conduct a simple test. The test is to continue to select as many numbers you want from our system, but don't play them, just play your personal numbers. I signed up for 2 free months, how can I cancel my subscription?

When signing up for our free 2 month offer, we make it a point not to ask for your credit card and we do not send payment bills to home addresses. Your account will simply just expire after two months with no payment obligations.

I've subscribed to MyLotteryPick.com through my Verizon Wireless phone, do I now have access and a login account to the MyLotteryPick.com website?

Unfortunately no, and this is due to the fact that billing and customer accounts are completely separate and different between MyLotteryPick.com Verizon Wireless' Mobile Web 2.0 service and our Internet service. Therefore purchasing the MyLotteryPick.com service through our website does not give you access to our service offered by Verizon Wireless and visa versa. This is due to the fact the billing systems between the two services are completely different. For the cell phone service your billed through Verizon Wireless, on the Internet we require a credit card and your billed through it. Technically both the Verizon Wireless and the Internet services of MyLotteryPick.com both use the same four patterns and algorithms and access the same server. The only difference between the Verizon Wireless and the Internet services is the Internet can e-mail and text message numbers, cell phones can only text message numbers if you hit # after the numbers are displayed on your phone. All information regarding our results and patterns remain public and free on our MyLotteryPick.com website and does not require a website login when viewing. One other note - any promotions offered by MyLotteryPick.com website are not applicable to our cell phone service offered by Verizon Wireless.

I'm receiving my MyLotteryPick.com numbers automatically from only one pattern, can I get numbers automatically from other patterns in the same e-mail message?

Unfortunately not at this time, we are thinking of adding this feature to our profile section in the near future.

Is there anyway to stop the auto-email feature?

To stop your auto-emails, first log into your account and select the "Profile" link, then select "Web Page" for the "Preferred Delivery Method of Quick Picks" and auto-emails will stop along with emails when making selections directly from our website.

Should my lottery purchasing habits change?

No. We highly recommend that you do not change your lottery purchasing allowance. If your budget allows you to purchase $5 per lottery drawing, we strongly discourage you from increasing that amount due to MyLotteryPick.com. We recommend you to use the suggested number sets from MyLotteryPick.com instead of traditional means. Remember, our number sets are only suggestions.
